Return Policy

For NAEGLE's curated Shop, we value our customers and strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

  • You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If the item is returned in its original condition without any alterations or damage, you will receive a full refund. If the item is found to be altered or damaged, a partial refund may be issued based on the condition of the item.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

    Exchanges

    We do not offer direct exchanges. However, if you wish to exchange a product, you must place a new order for a value no less than but equal to 80% or the 100% value of the original first order product’s value.

    The 80% value of the new order must be completely used up by the buyer towards products in exchange.

    Please contact us before/prior to process the exchange before placing the new order with value noted above which is to replace (no less than but equal to 80% or the 100% value of the original first order product’s value).

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
